Urgent help and support

Gaddum’s therapy services are here for you if you are struggling with your mental health and are proven to be effective in supporting recovery. However, it’s important to note that we are not an urgent response service, and most of our therapy services do have a waiting list.

If you feel you need urgent support, or are experiencing suicidal feelings, we would encourage you to seek immediate help from a dedicated mental health crisis or listening service. We’ve listed a range of specialist support services who can help.

If you can’t find a service in your area or would like some advice, please don’t hesitate to contact the Therapy Team on 0161 834 6069 or via email at therapy@gaddum.org.uk.
