Did you know you have rights as a carer? One of your rights is to influence support and services, through consultation, co-design and co-production.

This workshop explains what these terms mean, so you feel empowered to speak up, have your voice heard, be valued as an expert by experience and shape services which are right for you and other Carers!

Plus find out how Carers have made a positive difference already through sharing their lived experiences, expertise, feedback, and recommendations at Focus Groups, Surveys and more.
