Meet other carers, grab a brew and join us for three sessions on managing your physical, mental and emotional health whilst caring for someone. We will look at the five ways to wellbeing, and forward planning and time management.

Sessions take place on a Thursday from 10am – 11am at The Emmanuel Centre on 6th , 13th and 20th July.

We know that caring can be difficult, but caring for yourself is just as important.
